The team of experienced chefs who have experience of working all over the world guarantee satisfaction by using fresh seasonal Hokkaido produce. Surrounded by the beautiful scenery of Niseko and Ki Niseko's natural hot spring, Guests can experience a relaxing and healing atmosphere alongside the fantastic cuisine.From the dining area with 80 seats, Guests can see the beautiful scenery of Mount Yotei, while on the other side is the open kitchen area where the team of chefs show the exciting action of preparing the culinary experience. Dinner is available from 17:30 to 22:30 and Guests can enjoy "New Japanese Cuisine" complemented by the fresh local produce and produced by the team of professional chefs with worldwide experience. Breakfast service is buffet style with global menu options. Lunch service is also available with meals made of generous portions. The restaurant also has a range of special limited Japanese local Sake to offer including "Mansaku no Hana" from Akita, "Kozaemon" from Gifu and "Amabuki" from Saga.
